OL&D Sp. z o.o., ul. Gen. Mjr. Grochowskiego 7/4, 05-500 Piaseczno, henceforth known as OL&D is the personal data controller within the meaning of article 4 paragraph 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/WE ( hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”)

General provisions

In OL&D we pay special attention to protecting our customers’, employees’ and partners’ privacy. One of the key aspects is protecting the rights and freedoms of persons when their personal data is processed.

 

We make sure that your personal data is processed according to the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”, the Personal Data Act, as well as other applicable laws (included, among others, in labour or accountancy laws).

 

We implement appropriate technological and organisational measures to ensure the security level is strong enough to protect against all possible data breach risks or threats to the rights or freedoms of persons.

 

We use due diligence in order to protect interests of persons whose personal data we process, paying extra attention to the data being processed:

 

  • according to personal data protection laws,
  • according to the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • within the scope and purpose necessary to carry out reasonable interests (lawfully justified reasons) and the processing does not breach the rights and freedoms of the person.

 

What rights do persons whose data is processed by OL&D have?

 

OL&D undertakes appropriate measures to provide any information and communicate in a clear and concise way regarding personal data processing connected with enacting the rights of the persons whose data is processed, meaning:

 

  • access to the personal data,
  • corrections,
  • removal or restriction of processing,
  • the right to object,
  • the right to issue a complaint to the governing body.

 

 

The removal of personal data may occur after revoking the consent or issuing a lawful objection to the processing of personal data.

 

OL&D may process personal data after revoking the consent only for the purpose of pursuing legal claims in court or if state or EU or international laws oblige us to retain the data.

 

OL&D has the right to share personal data of the User along with other data with authorised, legally allowed institutions based on appropriate rules of law (e.g.: law enforcement).
